Xan Duhoski Pugach, CPA, currently serves as Associate Vice President at Harrison Street since December 2023. Previously, Pugach was a Solutions Architect at Pilot.com from September 2021 to August 2023, contributing to financial back-office services for startups and small businesses. Before that, Pugach held various roles at KPMG from September 2016 to September 2021, including Audit Manager, where responsibilities included providing audit services to diverse clients and managing a team. Pugach's early career involved positions at RuffaloCODY and Henry Lehr. Pugach holds a Masters of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver, as well as a strong educational foundation from Millbrook School.
