Katelyn Burkhart, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Associate at Harrison Street since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Portfolio Accountant at AJ Capital Partners from November 2021 to November 2022 and as a Deal Advisory Senior Associate at KPMG, where responsibilities involved due diligence for lenders. Katelyn began their career as a Deal Advisory Associate and Assurance Associate at PwC, and completed an Assurance Internship at the same firm. Early experience involved a Corporate Finance Internship at Kohl's Department Stores. Katelyn holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Real Estate from the Wisconsin School of Business.
