Arthur Berlinger is currently an Associate at Harrison Street since April 2024. Prior to this role, Berlinger served as a Senior Associate and Associate at Green Street from June 2021 to March 2024. Berlinger gained experience at Indiana University Bloomington from April 2019 to May 2021, engaging in the IU Commercial Real Estate Workshop to enhance knowledge in valuation theory and financial modeling. An internship at Marcus & Millichap in summer 2020 involved client data organization and valuation of investment sales. Berlinger also completed a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2019. Arthur holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University Bloomington, obtained in 2021, and graduated from Tamalpais High School in 2017.
