Rachel Platts is a Senior Trade Mark Attorney at HGF Limited, with over a decade of experience in intellectual property rights protection and enforcement, especially in trade mark and design portfolio management. Key areas of expertise include advising on trade mark, design, and copyright rights; conducting pre-filing searches; filing and prosecuting applications and oppositions at the UKIPO and EUIPO; and brand development and enforcement strategies, including online monitoring of e-commerce platforms. Rachel has also provided training related to intellectual property to clients.
