Michael George is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and risk management. Currently serving as Controller at Harrison Design since January 2023, Michael previously held roles at Aprio from January 2020 to January 2023, including Senior Manager of Risk Management Advisory and Manager of Enterprise Risk Management. Prior to this, Michael worked at In Touch Ministries from August 2013 to January 2020 as Controller and Manager of Financial Analysis and Compliance. Michael began their career at Johnson Lambert & Co. LLP, where the position of Manager was held from September 2007 to July 2013. Michael holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Richmond, obtained in 2007.
