Pamela's approach utilizes actionable metrics and behavioral assessments to facilitate remarkable performance improvements, transforming good leaders into great ones across various industries. Additionally, as Managing Partner at Harrison Assessments International, Pamela oversees the measurement of behavioral preferences relevant to job success across numerous roles. Before this, Pamela served as a Vistage Group Chair from November 2003 to January 2009.
