Mary Cote has extensive experience in patron services and box office management within the arts and entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Patron Services Manager and Box Office Associate at the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra since October 2022, Mary also works as an Actor at Hershey's Chocolate World. Previous roles include Box Office Associate at the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts, and Attractions Host as part of the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World, where responsibilities involved guiding tours and ensuring safety during large events. Mary began their career in ticket sales and management at Susquehanna University, where duties included supervising staff and managing cash transactions. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre-Performance from Susquehanna University.
