Madison Falcone currently serves as an M&A Execution Assistant at Harris Williams since February 2023. Prior to this role, Madison held various positions at the Virginia Department of Corrections, including Operations Analyst Team Lead, Program Support Technician, and Undergraduate Intern from May 2021 to February 2023. Additionally, Madison worked as a Recruiter at Xiartech, Inc. from April 2019 to April 2020 and as an Assistant Manager at Native Sun Tanning from December 2016 to April 2019. Madison earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business between 2019 and 2021.
