Jerome Williams possesses extensive experience in IT support and engineering, currently serving as Tier II Support at Harris Williams since October 2018. Prior to this role, Jerome worked as a Citrix Engineer at Northrop Grumman and at Genworth, alongside a brief tenure as Command Center Specialist at Capital One. Jerome's career began at UPS, where skills were developed as an IT Supervisor/Technician and Supervisor. Educational credentials include an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology with a focus on Networking from ECPI University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Virginia State University.
