Caitlin Hill, MHA, currently serves as the Utilization Management Analytics Developer Lead at Harris Health System since January 2024. Prior to this role, Caitlin held the position of Senior Applications Analyst at Houston Methodist from December 2019 to December 2023, with certifications in Epic OpTime, Epic Anesthesia, and Epic Cogito. Caitlin's earlier experience includes various roles at UTMB from May 2011 to December 2019, progressing from Intern in the Department of Physical Therapy to Senior Applications Systems Analyst. Caitlin earned a Master of Health Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies, Pre-Physical Therapy from Baylor University.
