Amineh Kostov, FACHE, CMAC, CHFP is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of System Service Lines and Vice President of Operations at Harris Health System since April 2018, Kostov has also held roles such as Associate Administrator and Vice President for Business Operations & Strategic Initiatives. In addition, Kostov is a member of Chief, a private network dedicated to supporting women executive leaders, since July 2022. Previously, Kostov served as Director of Finance & Case Management and Administrative Fellow at Houston Methodist from July 2014 to March 2018, and held various financial roles, including Senior Financial Analyst and Finance Manager, at UTMB from June 2007 to June 2014. Kostov earned a Master of Healthcare Administration/MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
