Kristie Cotter has amassed extensive experience in various leadership and counseling roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Realtor at Harris Doyle Homes since November 2020, Kristie previously held the position of Vice President and Owner at Custom Blending, LLC from April 2017 to October 2020, focusing on flavorings and seasonings. As President of Mammoo's Gourmet Hot Fudge Sauce from January 2011 to July 2020, Kristie oversaw the production of gourmet dessert toppings. Earlier in their career, Kristie provided individual counseling for women and adolescent girls as a Mental Health Therapist at Kristie Cotter Counseling Services from April 2009 to August 2019, and worked as a Case Manager at Larimer County Jail from September 2007 to April 2017. Kristie holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Colorado Christian University, earned between 2006 and 2009.
