Jeremy Cotton is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in communications and project management. Currently serving as the Communications Project Manager at Harris County Precinct One under Commissioner Ellis since December 2020, Jeremy previously held the position of Research Administrator at Rice University from February 2018 to March 2020, managing research purchases, reimbursements, and fund tracking. Earlier roles include Administrative Coordinator in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Rice University, Customer Service Associate at Pinot's Palette, and Communications and Public Policy Intern at the British Consulate-General in Houston. Jeremy holds a Master of Arts in World Cultures and Literatures and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Houston.
