Rafael Torres has extensive experience in appraisal and customer service roles. Currently serving as an Agricultural Appraiser at the Harris County Appraisal District since September 2014, responsibilities include managing the entire appraisal process and conducting field appraisals. Previously, Rafael held the position of Residential Appraiser, performing basic appraisal work and training in valuation procedures. Additional experience includes roles as a Captain at Tony's, where event management and customer service were priorities, a Wire Specialist at LR Prewire focusing on wiring solutions, and a Marketing Representative at State Farm. Earlier positions also include internships and service roles in restaurants and retail, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston.
