Heather CM Rogers is a seasoned legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate and business management. Currently serving as a Partner at Harris Beach Murtha since January 2025, Heather also owns Feisty LLC, a vibrant gift shop featuring unique products, since September 2021. Prior to their current roles, Heather held positions including Managing Partner and Managing Attorney at Davidson Fink LLP from May 2003 to December 2024, where oversight of operations and a focus on default services and commercial and residential real estate were key responsibilities. Previous legal experience includes roles at Fix Spindelman Brovitz & Goldman PC and Shapiro & DiCaro LLP, specializing in commercial and residential real estate and foreclosure services. Heather holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a BA from Wittenberg University.
