Laura Brady is an experienced editorial production manager currently serving at HarperCollins Publishers since May 2021. Previously, Laura held various leadership roles at Houghton Mifflin and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from 2001 to 2021, including Senior Director of Manuscript Editing and Composition, where oversight of editorial, design, and composition teams for up to 200 new projects annually was provided. Notable achievements include leading department restructures and implementing centralized workflow systems. Earlier in the career, Laura worked as a Production Manager at Harvard Business Publishing and has a Bachelor of Arts degree with High Honors in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
