Mark Gudgeon is a Senior Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor at Harper James Solicitors since May 2019, with previous experience as a Senior Commercial Dispute Resolution Lawyer at Freeths LLP and as a Senior Associate Solicitor at Nabarro LLP (now CMS Cameron McKenna Olswang LLP). Mark began the legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at HLW, progressing to a Solicitor position at Pannone LLP, where a strong interest in commercial hire disputes, especially within the construction plant hire sector, was developed. Mark's educational background includes a Diploma in Legal Practice and an LLB in Law from the University of Sheffield. Additionally, Mark has in-house experience due to a secondment covering the Head of Legal at a large shared services provider.
