Vince Spencer is a Facilities Project Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently employed at Harouge Oil Operations since June 2012, Vince previously served as a Lead Construction Engineer at Fluor Kuwait from September 2011 to June 2012, where responsibilities included managing a PMC team for construction works and resolving interface issues to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety and quality standards. Vince's professional journey at Harouge Oil Operations began in January 1995, after earning a BSc Hons in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth in 1975.
