Yazid MOUSSIOUNE currently serves as the Secrétaire général at HAROPA PORT since September 2022, overseeing general resources, market purchases, IT, legal affairs, and geographic information systems. Previously, Yazid held several positions at Action Logement from July 2017 to August 2022, including Directeur Adjoint immobilier et Logistique and Responsable immobilier d'exploitation. Prior experience includes roles such as Chef de Projet Immobilier at Air Liquide from January 2011 to June 2017, Responsable d'Opérations at ICADE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT from November 2009 to December 2010, and Gestionnaire Technique de Patrimoine at ICADE GESTION TERTIAIRE from January 2006 to November 2009. Yazid began the career at FACEO as an Acheteur from March 2001 to November 2002. Yazid's education includes a DESUP in Immobilier d'entreprise from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Maîtrise in Management Gestion des Entreprises from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
