Nicolas Dalmasso is an energy and climate policy specialist currently serving as Chargé de politique énergie climat at HAROPA PORT since November 2023, focusing on energy supply markets and implementing measures to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Previously, Nicolas worked at ENGIE Solutions France from September 2019 to September 2023 as Energy Manager and Engineer for Tools, Methods, and Energy Performance, overseeing energy performance contracts for public hospitals, optimizing maintenance methods across various industrial sites, and implementing energy-saving solutions. Nicolas's early experience includes a maintenance auxiliary role at Oreca and a solid academic background with a Master of Science in Management of Energy Markets from CentraleSupélec and an engineering degree from Arts et Métiers.
