Rajeswari Koppala is a highly experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Harness since February 2024. Prior to this role, Rajeswari held the position of Senior Manager of DevSecOps at United Airlines, where significant contributions included leading enterprise-wide DevSecOps transformations and establishing a Platform Engineering team. Rajeswari has also worked as a Solutions Architect for DevOps at CME Group and as a consultant specializing in DevOps and cloud solutions at United Airlines and Infosys, where expertise in designing CI/CD pipelines and implementing Infrastructure as Code was demonstrated. Early career experience includes roles at IBM India Software Labs as a Senior Staff Software Engineer, focusing on Agile processes and cloud offering lifecycles. Rajeswari holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
