Lijo Jacob has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as a fms engineer at PCS Technology Ltd. for a period of eight months. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Desktop Support Engineer at Aon, where they worked for eight months before moving on to ANZ as a System Analyst. At ANZ, Lijo worked for one year before joining IPsoft as a Windows System Engineer in 2015. Lijo spent three years and two months at IPsoft before joining Nutanix in 2018 as a Senior Systems Reliability Engineer. Lijo worked at Nutanix for four years and one month, before recently securing a position at Harness in 2022 as a Senior Product Reliability Engineer.

Lijo Jacob has pursued a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree in Information Technology from Annamalai University.
