Ben Kearon is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise account management. Currently serving as a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive at Harness since March 2024, Kearon focuses on modernizing software delivery and optimizing operational performance for clients. Prior to this role, Kearon was Director of Strategic Accounts at Medallia from August 2016 to February 2024, contributing to the company’s notable IPO in 2019 and subsequent acquisition by Thoma Bravo in 2021. Kearon also held significant positions at Achievers, including Sr. National Account Executive and Team Lead, where achievements included surpassing quotas and earning multiple accolades. Kearon holds an HBBA in International Business from Wilfrid Laurier University, completed in 2010.
