Rhonda Eldridge, CPA, CA, currently serves as a fellow at Harvard University's Advanced Leadership Initiative, an appointment that began in August 2024. As the founder and Impactioneer at Harness All Possibilities (HAP) since July 2016, Rhonda focuses on empowering underprivileged and underrepresented communities through educational programs aimed at skill development in the context of rapid digital transformation. In addition, Rhonda holds the position of director at Dunewood Advisors LLC, providing strategic advisory services in alternative investments and fintech. Rhonda has extensive experience in blockchain and digital finance, having held various roles including Sr. Audit Manager for private equity and hedge funds, advisor at Tradebits Exchange, and strategist at GECKO Governance. Rhonda is a graduate of the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and is pursuing additional education at Harvard University, complemented by participation in professional development programs.
