Anna-Gene O'Neal currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Home Health and Hospice at HarmonyCares since December 2023 and is the Chairperson of the Board at QualisTerra Senior Ventures, LLC since April 2023. Previously, Anna-Gene worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Charter Healthcare, a member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation, and held various leadership positions at HCA Healthcare and Brookdale Senior Living. Anna-Gene's extensive experience includes serving as the President/CEO of Alive Hospice and Vice President of Quality and Performance Improvement at Cogent Healthcare. Educational qualifications include Master's degrees in Nursing Administration and an MBA with a focus on Operations Management from Vanderbilt University and The Owen Graduate School of Management.
