Thembisa Thembi Petse currently serves as the Assistant Human Resources Officer in Employee Relations at Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited, a position held since February 2022, with a prior role as Human Resources Intern at the same company from August 2020 to December 2021. Responsibilities include managing labor availability, addressing issues related to medically affected employees, handling sick leave abuse, and overseeing daily sick reporting. Thembi also gained experience as a Student Library Assistant and an Introduction to Human Resource Management Tutor at the University of the Free State in 2019. Thembi holds an Honours Degree in Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Industrial Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Arts, both from the University of the Free State.
