Joseph Moholo Mohlatsane is an experienced mining professional currently serving as General Manager at Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited since February 2009. Mohlatsane has held various significant roles within the company, including Mine Manager and Acting General Manager, with responsibilities for post shaft pillar extraction operations. In addition to those roles, Mohlatsane has progressed through various supervisory positions such as Mining Manager, Mine Overseer, and Learner Official. As a Council member of the Association of Mine Managers of South Africa since February 2022, Mohlatsane is actively involved in the mining community. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Johannesburg and several competency certificates in mining management.
