Joseph Kubiak is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in game development and engineering. Currently serving as CTO and Co-Founder at Harmony Games Inc. and as a Technical Advisor at Game Caviar since March 2023, Kubiak also owns Kubiak LLC, managing a team specializing in blockchain gaming and Full-Stack development. Previous roles include VP of Engineering at Portico.ai, where Kubiak led the development of a B2B VR product, and Founder and Lead Engineer at Beyond Games, where the team was scaled to support a mobile MMO game. Kubiak's early career includes engineering positions at notable companies such as MunkyFun, Lucasarts, and Central Piedmont Community College. Kubiak holds a Bachelor of Science in Game Design and Development from Full Sail University.
