Meghana Srinivasan

Senior Service Designer at Harmonic Design

Meghana Srinivasan's work experience begins with their current role as a Senior Service Designer at Harmonic Design, which they started in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Smashing Ideas from 2021 to 2022 in the same role.

In 2020, Meghana was a Visual Designer at Vital Strategies from March 2020 to January 2021. Before that, they worked as a Research Assistant at Parsons School of Design - The New School from May 2019 to June 2020. Meghana'swork involved co-designing and facilitating participatory workshops, analyzing outcomes, and visualizing them for a forthcoming book.

In 2019, Meghana also held the position of Content Strategist at the Social Movements + Innovation Lab from May to September.

From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Communications Designer/Strategist at the Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University, where they led initiatives to improve visitor and donor experiences using human-centered and service design methods. Meghana also developed organizational strategies for more effective communications.

Prior to that, Meghana worked as a Communications Designer at Wellbody Alliance from November 2014 to April 2015, designing content for various marketing materials and providing advice on marketing strategies.

From 2010 to 2014, they were involved with the American India Foundation in multiple roles. Meghana started as a Marketing Content Manager, participating in the development of editorial and content strategy for various publications and platforms. Later, they became a Communications Associate, overseeing program data collection, managing public relations, and writing and editing materials for publications and proposals. Meghana also served as a Research and Communications Intern during this time.

Meghana Srinivasan received a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Connecticut College. The specific field of study for their bachelor's degree is not provided.
