Vinay Bharti Bhatia is an experienced senior executive with a robust background in finance and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources and previously as Senior Director of Finance at HARMAN International since January 2015, Vinay has accumulated extensive financial expertise through various leadership roles at Symphony Teleca, where positions included Senior Vice President and Vice President of Finance. With earlier experience as General Manager of Finance at Accenture and Manager of Finance at Gap International Sourcing India Pvt Ltd, Vinay's career began at PwC as an Audit Officer. Vinay holds a Chartered Accountant qualification and a B.Com (Hons) degree from Sri Venkateswara College.
