Vikas Gupta is an experienced executive with a strong background in technology and finance, currently serving as Executive Vice President at HARMAN International since October 2023 and Senior Vice President at Persistent Systems since December 2020. Previously, Vikas was the Business Unit Head at Mu Sigma Inc. from October 2016 to November 2020, where contributions were made to scaling the business and enabling Fortune 500 companies to leverage data-driven decision making. Vikas held the position of Head Americas Business for Finacle at Infosys from October 2002 to September 2016, significantly advancing the global reach of the financial services software platform. Earlier roles included Regional Manager at HCL Technologies and Manager at Kotak Mahindra, where foundational skills in direct sales and merchant banking were developed. Vikas holds an MBA in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
