Milind Singh Rathore has a diverse work experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Milind Singh started their career as an industrial intern at Aditya Birla Chemicals in 2017. Milind Singh then joined Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in 2018 as a Production Engineer and worked there until 2021. In 2021, they moved on to Aarti Industries Ltd. as an Executive and stayed until 2022. Currently, Milind is working as a Project Engineer at Harman Finochem Ltd.

Milind Singh Rathore completed their Bachelor of Technology (BE) degree in Chemical Engineering from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology from 2014 to 2018. Milind Singh then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Process Engineering from Suvidya Institute of Technology in 2019.
