Stephen Gallagher is an experienced Senior Building Surveyor at Harlow Council since August 2022, previously serving as a Senior Surveyor and Surveyor at Homes for Haringey from September 2003 to April 2023, where responsibilities included investigating and resolving legal disrepair and insurance claims as well as managing Party Wall matters. Prior to this role, Stephen was a Housing Manager at Haringey Council from April 1997 to August 2003. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Building Surveying with a focus on Building Pathology & Technology and Construction Law from The College of Estate Management at the University of Reading, and a BSc Hons in Construction Management from University of Hertfordshire.
