Brad Richards is a seasoned design professional currently serving as Vice President of Design and Creative Director at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since February 2015. Prior experience includes a tenure as Chief Designer at Ford Motor Company, overseeing creative teams and managing design processes from November 2014 to February 2015. At Ford Motor Company, Brad Richards held the position of Design Manager from August 1998 to September 2014, leading exterior design for notable projects such as the 2015 SVT Raptor, 2015 Ford F-150, and 2014 Ford Atlas Concept Vehicle. Earlier in the career, Brad Richards contributed as an Industrial Design Instructor at the College for Creative Studies and held positions at Visteon Corporation and LDM Technologies, managing design studios and client-led projects for major automotive companies. Brad Richards holds a BFA in Industrial Design from the College for Creative Studies.
