Abby Allen is an experienced professional in global sourcing, product development, and supply chain management, currently serving as GM Sourcing Apparel and Licensing at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since September 2022. Prior to this role, Abby held key positions at BDA, LLC as DVP Global Supply Chain, and at Nordstrom as Senior Director Product Development Operations, where responsibilities included leading sustainability strategies and overseeing private label brands. Additional experience includes significant roles at Chico's FAS Inc., VF Corporation, and Abercrombie & Fitch, among others, with expertise in sourcing, production, and international market development. Abby possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles and Clothing from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Oregon.
