Simone Antonello has a diverse work experience in various design-related roles. simone started in 2005 as an Interior Designer at LLAMAZARES POMES ARQUITECTURA SLP and then moved on to work as a Teacher at IED Istituto Europeo di Design in 2007. In 2013, they worked as an Architect, Exhibition Designer, and Visualiser at Ralph Appelbaum Associates and also taught at IAAD torino. The following year, in 2014, Simone Antonello joined Event Communications as an Exhibition Designer. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a senior designer at Elemental Design, where they collaborated with major brands such as Harrods, L'Oreal, Louis Vuitton, Veuve Clicquot, and Giorgio Armani. Most recently, Simone Antonello has been working for Harlequin Design Ltd as Head of Design, taking on the role in June 2022.

Simone Antonello completed a master's degree in Architecture from Politecnico di Torino from 1998 to 2004. In 2002 to 2003, Simone participated in a one-year exchange program, Socrates/Erasmus project, at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, specifically at Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura. Later, Simone pursued a Masters in Design and Exhibition Project Management at Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2005 to 2006. The field of study for the latter degree is not specified.
