Claudia Flister currently serves as Managing Director at Harlem Lacrosse - Baltimore, a position held since August 2022, after previously directing the Girls Program at Harlem Lacrosse from August 2017 to February 2023. Prior experience includes coaching lacrosse at Coppermine Fieldhouse from October 2016 to May 2017 and at Athletic Performance Inc. from June 2015 to August 2016. Claudia Flister obtained a degree from The Johns Hopkins University, where studies were completed from 2013 to 2017.
