Rodney Huff has extensive work experience in sales and operations management. Rodney started their career in 1991 as an Operations Manager at Herfco Inc, where they excelled in manufacturing sales. In 2001, they joined Standard Lock Washer as a Sales Manager, responsible for overseeing manufacturing sales. Since 2004, Rodney has been working at Hardware Specialty Co., Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative, managing over 200 customer accounts, including key military accounts. Rodney also serves as a senior inside sales lead, training and mentoring new sales employees to ensure their success in key skills such as sourcing, quoting, order entry, and follow-up.

Rodney Huff pursued their education at Nichols College from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Later on, they furthered their studies at Fitchburg State University, although the specific duration is unknown.
