Matthew Gledhill is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as the Arizona Commercial Manager and Project Manager at Harder Mechanical Contractors, Inc. since July 2016. In this role, Matthew oversees commercial projects, particularly in data center construction and sustainability, focusing on project coordination, design assistance, and budget management. Prior to Harder Mechanical Contractors, Matthew spent nearly a decade at CB&I, where duties included Turnaround Execution Coordinator and Field Engineer roles, successfully managing various turnaround projects and large-scale LNG upgrades. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona, completed in 2005, and has a foundational experience in trailer sales and fabrication from B.G. Enterprises.
