Prior to these roles, Neil held various positions including Account Director at CPI UK, Head of Sales & Marketing at TJ International Ltd, and Business Development Manager at Short Run Press and Brightsea Press. Neil's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with a marketing specialization and a Certificate in Business Practice from Nottingham Trent University, along with a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) designation as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM).
