Steven Tarpley has over 16 years of experience in the casino industry. Steven has held several leadership roles, including Director of Cash Operations at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento, Director of Cage, Count and Credit at Maryland Live Casino, Director of Cage Operations at Luxor Hotel & Casino and New York-New York Hotel & Casino, and Director of Casino Finance at MGM National Harbor and Bellagio. Steven started their career as a Casino Cage Shift Supervisor at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas and later became the Casino Cage Manager.

Steven Tarpley attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government.
