Carly Wenz has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Carly began their career as a Bartender/Server at Brûlée Catering by Chef Jean-Marie Lacroix in 2008 and stayed in that role until 2012. From 2009 to 2012, Carly also worked as a Captain Server at Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar and had a Sales and Marketing Internship with the same company in 2011. Carly then joined Icon Hospitality in 2012 as a Sales Manager until 2016. Carly worked at Big Steaks Management as an Assistant General Manager from 2017 to 2018, and subsequently held the same position at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City from 2018 to 2019. In January 2019, Carly assumed the role of Director of Training and Engagement at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.
Carly Wenz attended Holy Spirit High School from 2004 to 2008. Carly then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Administration/Management from Rutgers University - Camden from 2008 to 2012.
