Mette Rosenkrands Johansen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy development and performance management. Currently serving as Director at Harbour Family Governance since September 2024 and as Founder of MY PERFORMANCE MINDSET since April 2020, Mette has also held significant positions including Partner at Strategy Office from April 2015 to September 2024, and Vice President at Falck from March 2012 to March 2015, where responsibilities included leading strategic projects in emerging markets. Previous roles include Executive Assistant for Strategy and Corporate Support at TORM A/S, various consulting positions at PA Consulting Group, and academic responsibilities as a Research Assistant and Lecturer at Aarhus School of Business. Mette holds a PhD in Strategy and Performance from Copenhagen Business School and an MSc in Economics from Aarhus University.
