Rachael Felts has extensive experience in customer service and engagement, currently serving as the Customer Services and Engagement Manager at Harborough District Council since February 2009, where Rachael has also held the title of Communications and Customer Services Manager. Prior to this role, Rachael was the Deputy CEO at Northamptonshire ACRE from September 2000 to February 2009, contributing to the organization's growth and community outreach efforts.
