Lance Hayes is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in post-production and engineering roles within the film industry. Currently serving as the Director of Post Technology at Harbor Picture Company since June 2022, Lance previously held the position of Director of Engineering at both Light Iron, A Panavision Company and Harbor Picture Company. Additional experience includes directing engineering efforts at Shed LA, working as a Senior Media Systems Engineer at Industrial Light & Magic, and serving as a System Engineer at EFILM. Notable achievements include designing a high-speed fiber optic KVM router and implementing remote theaters across major studio lots. Lance's educational background includes studies at Northern Arizona University from 2003 to 2004.
