Joseph Brooks, APRN, is the Founder and CEO of Brooks Family Medical, a primary care practice in Louisville, Kentucky, that specializes in providing personalized, high-quality care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families through house calls and office visits. Joseph also serves as the Medical Director at Harbor House of Louisville and holds the position of Adjunct Faculty at the University of Louisville School of Nursing. Previous roles include Clinical Operations Manager, Regional Clinical Director, Provider Manager, and Family Nurse Practitioner with LHC Group from July 2014 to December 2023, as well as a Registered Nurse with Baptist Health System KY & IN from December 2011 to July 2014. Joseph earned a Master's degree in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing from the University of Louisville.
