Tim Quick has a rich work experience beginning in 1987 as a Developer at National Corporation for Housing Partnerships (NHP, NCHP). Tim then worked as an Application Architect at Capital One from 1996 to 2007. After that, they started their own company, Quick Improvements Inc, as an Owner from 2007 to 2010. Tim then joined Capital One again, this time as a Technical Lead for Mobile Systems from 2010 to 2011, and later as Director for Integrated Technical Leads from 2012 to 2015. Finally, they moved to Harbor Group and held the roles of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer from 2015 onwards.

Tim Quick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Longwood University, completing their education from 1982 to 1986.
