Lacey Spruill has extensive experience in property management and IT application services. Lacey started their career at Aimco as a Leasing Manager in 2001 and later became a Community Manager in 2008. In 2009, they joined Harbor Group Management Company, where they held various roles, including Application Services Manager, Business Services Support Specialist, Regional Manager, and Senior Manager of Application Services. Their responsibilities included personnel management, leasing, collections, maintenance, revenue enhancement, and executive reporting. More recently, they served as the Director of IT Application Services at Harbor Group Management Company.

Lacey Spruill attended Frank W. Cox High School and Tidewater Community College. Lacey also obtained a certification as a Registered Apartment Manager (RAM).
