Nicole Adams is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations. Currently serving as Manager of Marketing Strategy & Operations at Harbor Freight Tools since February 2023, Nicole has previously held prominent roles at Bed Bath & Beyond, where responsibilities included managing integrated merchandising strategies and collaborating with C-Suite leadership for business reviews. Nicole started in the eCommerce Business Operations team, progressing through various positions while consistently leading high-revenue campaigns. Prior experience at NJ Lenders Corp included supporting marketing efforts and managing customer databases. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey, completed in 2016.
