Poonam Jaypuriya holds the position of Vice President - eLearning at Harbinger Group, where experience since July 2010 includes leading innovative learning solutions across various sectors including publishing, life sciences, BFSI, retail, and high-tech. Previously, Poonam served as Senior General Manager for both eLearning and Program Management, overseeing product management functions and focusing on roadmap design and thought leadership. Early career roles at Harbinger included General Manager - Products, Program Manager at Harbinger Knowledge Products, and various technical positions starting as a Software Engineer in 2004. Poonam earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and holds a Diploma in Computer Education.
